Terms and General Conditions

The Confirmation of reservation in our establishment by any of the available routes, it implies the previous and full acceptance of each one of the general and / or specific terms and conditions of the chosen rate, as well as the acceptance and fulfillment of the conditions of reservation, access, usage and all rules of our establishment.


  • The reservation´s holder can never be under 18 years.
  • The children between 16 and 18 years old can only stay in the establishment if they do it in company of an adult.
  • NO children under 16 years old, can stay in the hotel, because WAVIA HOTEL is an ADULTS ONLY HOTEL.
  • NO reservations made after 23hrs are allowed for the same night.
  • The costs of cancellation or previous modification of the reservation will be those indicated in the specific conditions of the selected rate. In any case, if the client doesn´t show up at the hotel, he will be charged the 100% of the total cost of the stay.


  • Without prejudice to the right of admission, legally established, to access the hotel services, our future clients must, during the check-in process:
    • Provide the reservation confirmation document. In which there is at least one of the applicants for the accommodation service as a guest, or reservation holder.
    • Present one of the following original and valid documents for the personal identification of the applicant: ID; DRIVERS LICENSE; SPANISH PERMIT OF RESIDENCE; PASSPORT; IDENTITY CARD OR DOCUMENT OF IDENTITY (Considering these indications according to the country of nationality of the traveler ID and Driver’s License for Spain only.) Identity Letter or Docs only for countries of the European Union plus Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco And San Marino).
    • Have made the payment of the totality of the stay, or paying the total amount of the stay at the time of check-in, according to the conditions of the contracted rate.
  • The check-in day, the check-in time for the rooms, will be as from 15:00 hours.
  • At the Check-out day, Rooms must be empty before 12:00 noon. After that the Hotel Direction reserves the right to evict the belongings of guests in the room. (Art. 12, Nos. 1 and 2, O. M. 28-3-66).
  • The maximum occupancy of all rooms, including the suite, will always be 2 people. There is no possibility of adding any extra bed.
  • For safety reasons, visitors are not permitted into to the rooms or the use of any of the hotels facilities by any person not registered at the hotel.
  • The guest undertakes to use the services in accordance with the Law, morality, good customs and public order.
  • Please refrain from any act that may cause fire, flood or any damage to the Hotel room and / or facilities. Responding economically and legally to damages or damages caused by not complying with this standard.
  • Guests staying at this hotel should maintain good behavior of coexistence to ensure the welfare of other clients.
  • As from 22:00 till at 8:00 o’clock, guests are invited to please respect the hours of silence.
  • In an event that a / some individuals may disturb during the hours of silence, the hotel reserves the right to immediately cancel the stay of the guests in the hotel. The eviction on this basis, does not constitute any right of refunding the stay.
  • WAVIA Hotel is committed to being a green company for guests and employees with a smoke-free environment.  And we want to remind guests that NO SMOKING is allowed inside the facility or any room. There is a charge of € 200 to people who do not respect this rule, to cover the high cost of restoring guest rooms to their smoke-free status.
  • PLEASE DO NOT use the bathroom towels for the beach, we have some blue beach towels available for our clients, which you can find in the room and if you wish to change , ask reception.
  • No pets are allowed in the HOTEL.
  • In the ROOM CLEANING SERVICE, please note:
    • The rooms will be cleaned up from 10:00 h to 14:00 h; the rooms that have not gone out before that time will not be cleaned as well as those that have the DO NOT DISTURD sign on the door.
    • The rooms in which we find the clothes lying by the bed or on the floor will not be cleaned properly. When you want your towels to be change just put them on the Bathroom floor, please remember water is a scarce resource and for the good of all, please use it wisely.
  • In the BREAKFAST SERVICE, please note:
    • According to the room rate selected, the breakfast service will be included or not in the room rate.
    • The Breakfast will only be served within the established timetable from 08:30 to 12:00.
    • To access the breakfast service in the restaurant LA OLIVA must present the breakfast ticket that will be given to you at reception.
    • If you wish breakfast service in the room, you must request it at the reception the previous day before 16:00.
